2023 Wait List Request
Please read before completing the form, and submit through the website. You do not need to fax or mail the form by US mail.
Below are the guidelines that will be used for the Wait List.
Wait list Guidelines:
The Lodge will be open from March 20 through November 21, 2023.
1. Only one submission per party.
2. Three individual dates or ONE range of up to seven consecutive nights may be submitted.
3. The wait list is used to fill cancellations that occur with 30 days or more notice.
4. NOTE that 3 or more night stays are rarely available through cancellations. If you would accept a single night stay, please note that on the request.
5. Cancellations with less than 30 days’ notice are not rebooked from the wait list but offered to the first inquiry that fits the cancellation. Some cancellations may be posted on Twitter.
6. Reservations booked with 30 days or less notice must be paid for at the time of booking.
7. Phone wait list requests are not accepted.
8. If you are offered a date, you will be notified by email and be given a set time to accept the offer. If you refuse a date, you will be removed from the lists on any other dates you may have submitted.

Please follow us on Twitter for possible short notice cancellations or by calling the reservation office at 865-429-5704, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm ET, Monday through Friday. The office is closed most major holidays and may be closed between 12 and 1 for lunch.

The wait lists for the following dates are full and closed (not available): : March 24, 25; April 1-8, 14, 15, 21, 22, 28, 29; May 5, 6, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20, 26, 27, 28, June 2-6, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24; July 1, 8, 15, 22, 29; August 5, 12, 26, September 2, 9, 16, 22, 23, 30; October 6, 7, 13, 14, 21, 28.
