2021 Reservation Request Form

PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING REQUEST:

2021 Booking Information

We will begin booking 2021 reservations (March 22 through November 23) on Thursday. October 1, 2020 at 8:00 am EDT by phone and written request (fax, email, US mail, or our online request form). No phone bookings prior to October 1. Written requests for the 2021 season will be accepted from Monday, August 3 through Friday, September 25, 2020. The online request form is the preferred method. Any written requests received after the September 25 cut off date, will not be answered until after all of the requests received during the scheduled time are processed.

PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING REQUEST
For written requests using the online request form:
• ONE request per party. List as many dates as possible on the request. Use comment area if necessary. If multiple requests are received they may not be honored or will be processed last.
• Make sure after you submit the request you look for message at bottom of form that says it has successfully been submitted.
• The written requests are pulled at random and processed simultaneously with phone requests.
• You may call and send ONE request.
• Written requests received after September 25 will be processed after the lottery is complete.
• If your request included an email address, you will receive an invoice by email with payment due date noted. If an email address is not provided then the invoice will be sent by US Mail. It may take up to 7 business days to process all of the written requests.
• During initial 2021 reservation booking process, guests who submit written requests will NOT be notified if the dates requested are NOT available nor offered alternate dates.
• You will NOT be added to a wait list if the dates were not available.
• We request that if you get an invoice, do not try to call during the first week of October to pay but wait and give the phones a chance to slow down a little.

For written requests not using the online request form, make sure to include all of the information requested on the form: name, address, daytime phone, email address, number in party (ages of children, if any), number of nights you would like to stay, type of accommodation if any and list of dates.
After the initial booking process for 2021, cancellations that occur or dates that were not booked are just offered to the first inquiry that would like the date.

  • Cabin - 2-5 ppl; Lodge Room - private room in multi-room lodge, sleeps 2-4 ppl; 2 Bedroom Lodge - sleeps 8-10 ppl; 3 Bedroom Lodge - sleeps 12-13 ppl.
  • The staff and management of LeConte Lodge reserve the right to change or modify unit preference requests to best utilize the limited space available. These changes allow us to share the unique experience of the Lodge with the maximum number of guests possible. Please enter any special requests such as number of cabins, lodge rooms, etc. in the comment section at the end of this form.
