- Morning shuttles go TO trailheads; afternoon shuttles return FROM trailheads

Important Information & Policies
- Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to pickup time
- Shuttles depart no later than 10 minutes after published times
- Late waiting fee (if schedule allows): $10 per 15 minutes
- Second trip required: $50 per group
- If space allows on a later scheduled shuttle, you may ride at no additional cost
- All passengers must be able to legally ride in a buckled van seat without a car seat or booster seat.
- All shuttle rides are one way. Book multiple shuttles for your return trip.
- Shuttle rides must be booked in advance, walk up service is not available.
- Parking arrangements are available in the Pigeon Forge area at Willowbrook Lodge (requires a night’s stay at Willowbrook Lodge) and at 250 Apple Valley Rd. If interested, please contact us for details.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your ride for a full refund up to 72 hours before your scheduled ride
