Bookings for 2015

The 2015 season will run from Monday, March 23 through Tuesday, November 24.

The lottery for 2015 reservations has been completed. Lottery requests that did not get a date are NOT placed on a wait list for cancellations. We still have limited availabilty for the season, please call the office to check for dates. The wait list for 2015 cancellations will be available under the Reservations section on December 5, 2014. Cancellations that occur between now and December 5, 2014 will just be offered to the first inquiry that fits the cancellation.

Please use this form to submit a reservation availability request or for general information. Due to the volume of emails, it may take 5-7 business days for you to get a reply. If you need a more immediate reply, please call the reservation office at 865-429-5704, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm ET, Monday through Friday. The office is closed most major holidays and may be closed between 12 and 1 for lunch. To cancel a reservation, especially a short notice cancellation, it is recommended to call the office rather than send an email.

Wait list Information

Wait list requests for 2015 will be taken starting December 5th.

The wait list is date specific and is accepted by fax, email, US mail or by using the wait list form (see link below). Phone wait lists requests will not be accepted. You may submit 3 individual dates OR ONE window of up to seven consecutive nights. Only one submission per party. The wait list is used for cancellations that occur with more than 30 days notice. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice are not offered to the wait list but to the first inquiry that fits the cancellation. Please follow us on Twitter for notices of short-term cancellations.

Payment Policy

Payments for reservations made by mail between the 1st and the 15th of the month will be due by the 1st of the following month; made between the 16th and the end of the month will be due by the 15th of the following month. Payments for reservations made less than 30 days before arrival date are due when the reservation is made. Payment is accepted by check, money order or credit card. We do not accept American Express.

Cancellation/Change Policy (effective on all 2014 Season Reservations)

Refund provided for cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival, less a $15 processing fee. No refunds for cancellations with less than a 30 days notice unless we are able to rebook your reservation(s); in that event the amount received from another party for your reservation dates will be refunded, less a $15 processing fee. Any partial cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival will result in a refund, less a $15 processing fee. Any change in reservation dates will result in a $15 processing fee. There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy. We are not responsible for the weather or weather related conditions and weather conditions do not change the terms of the cancellation policy.

It is not permissible by any individual, company, church or organization to increase for profit the approved and published rates under any circumstances. Failure to comply with this notice will result in forfeiture of current reservation and future booking privileges.
