2019 Booking Information

The 2019 operating season is Monday, March 25 through Tuesday, November 26. We began booking the 2019 season in early October 2018. The 2019 season is currently booked. There are a few open dates for small parties. These open dates will primarily be within the next 30 days. Some of the larger units (2 and 3 bedroom lodges) may be available throughout the rest of the season. Some very short notice cancellations may be posted on Twitter. It is best to check availability by phone, call 865-429-5704, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am until 5:00 pm ET. The office is closed most major holidays and may be closed for lunch between 12 and 1:15 pm.

2020 Booking Information


We will begin booking 2020 reservations (March 23 through November 24) on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at 8:00 am EDT by phone and written request. Written requests (fax, email, US mail or online request form) for the 2020 season will be accepted from Thursday, August 1 through Wednesday, September 25, 2019.
The written requests are printed, and held until October 1 when they will be processed simultaneously with phone calls. You may call and/or send in a written request.
After September 25, 2019, the request form will be removed. The request form will be added back when all of the request forms have been processed. Any emails or written requests received after the cutoff date will be processed at a later time.

The wait list for 2020 reservation cancellations will be started on Friday, December 6, 2019.

Payment Policy

Payments for reservations made by mail between the 1st and the 15th of the month will be due by the 1st of the following month; made between the 16th and the end of the month will be due by the 15th of the following month. Payments for reservations made less than 30 days before arrival date are due when the reservation is made. Payment is accepted by check, money order or credit card. We do not accept American Express.

Cancellation/Change Policy

Refund provided for cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival, less a $15.00 processing fee. No refunds for cancellations with less than a 30 day notice. This includes meals and lodging for group lodges and individual cabins unless we are able to rebook your reservation space (s); in that event the amount received from another party for your reservation will be refunded, less a $15.00 processing fee. Any partial cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival will result in a refund, less a $15.00 processing fee. Any change in reservation dates will result in a $15.00 processing fee.
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to our cancellation policy. We are not responsible for medical or family emergencies, weather or weather related trail conditions. Weather conditions or trail closures do not change the terms of our cancellation policy. We encourage you to research travel insurance services to best meet your needs if you must cancel or interrupt your trip due to unforeseen circumstances.

It is not permissible by any individual, company, church or organization to increase for profit the approved and published rates under any circumstances. Failure to comply with this notice will result in forfeiture of current reservation and future booking privileges.
